Health Gateway

Start on iPhone. Then connect your AI.

Health Gateway is an iPhone app that privately syncs the Apple Health categories you choose. The connection below lets your preferred AI ask the gateway for that data—it does not replace the iPhone app.

Sign in and sync

Use Sign in with Apple, start or restore the subscription, choose Health permissions, and complete the first sync.

Connect your AI

You may connect before subscribing, but health-data questions remain locked until the subscription is active and the iPhone has synced.

Choose your AI

Set up the connection on a computer. Afterward, supported AI apps can use it on mobile too.

Perplexity

Remote MCP rolling out to paid subscribers

  1. On a supported account, open Account Settings → Connectors → Add Connector.
  2. Choose Remote and paste the server address.
  3. Save, connect, and complete Sign in with Apple. If Remote is not shown yet, the feature has not reached that account.

Your email addresses do not need to look the same. What matters is using the same Apple Account in the iPhone app and the browser connection. Sign in with Apple may show a private relay address; that is normal. Create a one-time link code in the iPhone app only if the browser asks for one. You can revoke any authorized AI later under Advanced → AI Access.
